Villas in California

We've been to Florida a couple of times and would like to try out California. Can anyone suggest a good reasonably priced place to hire villas on the net for this area.

BALBOA ISLAND IS A VERY UNIQUE BEACHY TYPE AREA AS IS NEWPORT
