Villas at Grand Cypress?

Does anyone know anything about this resort?

It is part of the same resort complex as the Hyatt Grand Cypress, but apparently not owned by Hyatt. There are only 146 units, and they seem very luxurious, with rack rates comparable to DVC properties. Their "Club Suite" is similar in concept to a DVC studio but 650 sq ft (!)

Oddly, there doesn't seem to be a timeshare component. The units are only available by reservation as far as I can tell.

Any information about this resort would be appreciated.

Have had a look round it while on one of our many trips to the HRGC.

the Villas are on the Hyatt golf course which is a mile or so from the main resort. It is very peaceful out there and I believe the Villas are very well furnished etc.

There is one upscale restaurant there called the Black Swan - nice for an evening but very pricey. I think there is still a more casual (but not cheap) restaurant inside the clubhouse as well but it was closed on our last visit.

The only downside would be that it is a drive away from the main resort and the pool there is not in the same league as the one at the hotel.
