Hi! My 5 year old son is absolutely addicted to the Disney Villains. A repairman was just in my home and overheard me talking to my mother about planning a Disney trip for his birthday in April. He mentioned something about a Disney Villain Character Meal? Where can I get more information about this? My son would absolutely LOVE this!! His favorite Disney character is Cruella.

Thanks!

Unfortunately WDW does not have a Villians Character meal, unless you think of Pooh, Piglet, Tigger and Eeyore villians. :sad2: There are times when the evil step-sisters from Cinderella will be at 1900 Park Fare but that is about as evil as the character meals get. Here is a LIST of the character meals offered. Sidenote - LTT is going to stop having characters at their dinner starting at the beginning of January.

YEARS ago there was a villians character meal. But its been a decade or so since its been run.

I don't plan on doing any more character dining until I have kids of my own, but I would book a villains meal in a HEARTBEAT for just myself and DBF! :rotfl2:

There used to be a villains dinner over at 1900 Park fare.It featured Gov.Radcliff,Capt Hook,Queen of hearts,Maleficent, and Jafar. We went in 2000, it was gone not to far after that.It is a shame since it was a lot of fun, but a lot of the kiddies were afraid .

Oh MAN! They need to bring that back! That sounds amazing!

It truly was .It seemed more geared to the older kiddies and adults ,I guess that is why it went bye bye.I would go back in a heartbeat, My 5 yr old would love it too.

We ate at the 1900 Park Fare Villians dinner in Feb. 2001.

That would have been awesome! He is seriously addicted to all things "scary" or "mean" haha. It's horrible haha. His favorite ride (and has been since he was TWO!) is always Haunted Mansion. He knows every word to Grimm Grinning Ghosts and can re-enact the entire ride in our living room (and does so a few times a day). He squeals in delight around Disney Villains. He absolutely LOVES the evil stepmother and stepsisters at 1900 Park Fare (dinner). My daughter was afraid of the evil stepmother (when she was getting stern with her about eating her broccoli LOL) but that's part of the fun - there are sooo many little kids even who love the villains.

I believe they did away with it due to the high demand for Cinderella at the castle.

We did the villians meal over Christmas of 2000. It was a really fun time, DS and I loved it. I can see why the replaced it though, unfortunately it was not busy at all. I guess that not a lot of people were into the villian concept.:confused3

We were at 1900 Park Fare this Thanksgiving for the Cinderella, Prince Charming, Evil Stepmother and Stepsister dinner and it was still a really, really fun enviornment. My DS received huge lipstick smootches from all of the girls....hilarious.

The Villains dinner at 1900 Park Fare ran in 2000 and 2001, I think. I know I heard that too many children were frightened, so Disney discontinued it rather than alienate its base...that, or the base didn't like the concept (little kids apparently prefer to eat with CUTE characters, and so do a lot of adults) just wasn't signing up in big enough numbers to sustain it.

It was a lot of fun, the villains were really permitted to ham it up and chew scenery. Then again that may have been why it doesn't exist anymore.

Pooh does have those dark, shifty eyes. He can't be trusted.
And don't get me started on Eeyore!
