Villa4less or Florida Sun Vacation Homes?

We are considering staying off site (gulp!) and have found homes from Villas4less and Florida Sun Vacation Homes. Has anyone used either? I'd love to hear some first hand experiences!

I'll be checking into a Florida Sun Vacation Home in about 2 weeks. So far, booking with them has been great. Very responsive, answered my questions, great communications all the way around. I can let you know more next month, after my stay at "McDuck's Pad."

We stayed in Dukeroos through Florida Sun Vacation Homes back in November. It was our first time off-site so we did have our worries about going off-site. However Florida Sun was great and delivered on all that was advertised. One fine example is that they said our unit was 75 yards from the main clubhouse/pool area. They were bang on with this, and overall we had a great stay there. Also Windsor Hills was not to far a drive from the Disney Property.
