Villa question, clueless!

We have never stayed in any of the villas, and I was wondering if they offer daily housekeeping service? The only one I see listed as offering this is Old Key West. TIA!

If you pay cash for the villas, then you get daily housekeeping. If you stay on points (DVC), then you only get trash/new towels on day 4 and a full cleaning on day 8, if you stay longer than 7 days.


Where do you only see Old Key West?

Sorry wanted to elaborate and didn't. When I looked at the ammenities offered for the villas on Disney's website, Old Key West listed daily housekeeping, SSR, BCV and BWV did not list that, so I wondered if I was missing something.

If you are paying cash and renting thru Disney, you get it daily at all villas.If you are staying on DVC points, or renting points the PP has it correctly

Not sure what you read but this is true for ALL DVC resorts, including OKW.

If you are staying on DVC points, you have the option to pay for daily housekeeping or extra trash & towel services. Price depends on the room size.

If you are on a reservation through Member Services (cash or points), and you are staying seven nights or less, you get trash and towel service on day 4. If you are staying eight nights or more, you get a full cleaning on day 4 and trash and towel service on day 8 and then the cycle repeats. If you want additional service, you can pay for it.

If you are staying on a cash reservation directly through Disney Reservation Center, you get a full cleaning every day.

Sure. Some villa categories might not be available, but others will be.

Disney owns a (small?) percentage of units at each site and can make their "shares" available through the regular reservation process ("cash").
