Villa address

On our last trip (our first) 2 years ago, we went with First Choice and stayed in a villa. On our first morning we were all up really early but had to hand around waiting to head to the welcome meeting at 10.30am, so that we could hand in the official slip with the villa address to the reps.

Does anyone know if there is somewhere else/or some other way of providing this information, as we don't want to have to do that again this year??

Why do the reps need to know your villa address? Surely they should have this information already.

Sounds like an excuse to get you to the welcome meeting to try and sell you tickets and tours

No, sorry, me and my poor explaining! It was because we didn't have a villa address for the landing card and we got given a form saying we had to hand the address to the rep the next day.

The last time we booked a package we had to put the address of the welcome centre because we didn't know the address of the villa.

Tour operators usually allocate your villa on arrival in Orlando. If you want to choose your own villa & location, suggest you try renting direct from an owner.
