Normally. Once it took an hour for mine to come in, that was the longest. I've redeemed 12 of them so far

i have always gotten them right away... when you buy your fandango tickets at the end it will ask you if you have any codes, then you enter them individually. also if you have an amc stubs card you can enter the number into your fandango acct and it waives the ticket fee adn you get credit for the purchase towards your amc rewards!

I knowthere are two different fandango options, i think the 9,000 pts for $5 off is best if you go to cheaper movie times (we go for $5 times) otherwise its 21,000 pts for a anytime ticket..

ok, i am sure i am probably doing something wrong here...

Just joined today, cked in for a few movies, watched a few ads, but when trying to see a 30 second video tonight it kept breaking up, now it just goes to black when I click any of them(the comercials or videos)

what am i doing wrong? I am on wifi in the house-it's a strong signal, DH has an A/V bus so he cked the phone, signal...said it is their site. I am on android app btw. Also-can u rewatch an add or video for points again if they keep listing it?

Is anyone else not able to do manual check in? Kind of frustrating, BF was sleeping last night when I was watching tv so the phone wasn't able to pick up the sound.

I had a couple of instances where doing manual check-in would not work, and I found it was somewhat time consuming.

yup couldn't use manual check in last night. Finally gave up for the evening after a few tries.

Last night I was having problems with checking in both automatically and manually but then this morning I can't check in manually. My speaker on my iPhone is going so I can only manually check in about 90%of the time and today I can't.

I did all the usual. I even delete and re-downloaded it and nothing...

I wonder if some of the storms have had an effect on their service?
I seem to be fine checking in this morning and have been able to watch the "bonus" videos with no problem...

Same here. I could not get the cat from he** to check in either by sound or manual....what a pain! I finally just gave up. I did get a ton of 75 point Verizon ads today!

I am so frustrated! I have tried to check in last night and today and had no luck!

I checked out their Facebook page. They are having issues with checkin (manual and audio). They are working on the issues but have no estimated time of completion.

That's so weird how so many people are having problems with manual/audio check-ins. Just about an hour ago I was able to check into some shows from last night....Serial Killer Earth, and The Firm just to name a few. Got bonus points no problem.

Also just checked into Secret Millionare, which is on tv now.

I can check in now but couldn't this morning. I missed all of the morning ads and have seen very few since I started checking in this afternoon. Very frustrating! Guess I should be glad I can check in at all.

I haven't been able to manually or audibly check in for the last 24 hours. I was able to do audio check in for Ice Road Truckers at 9pm tonight.

Frustrating! I want to viggle!

Have anyone else's ads just dried up? It started for me on Saturday - I was consistently getting 700-1000 points each morning in ads when I checked in (around 6 am) but for 3 days in a row now it's only been around 250-300 points? Hope this changes soon!
