I updated my Viggle app last week and haven't had any problems with it since. But I do find that I can no longer be watching one show and try to check into another unless I turn the volume off or go ahead and change the channel. in other words, if it recognizes a show that's on, I don't get the option to manually check in any more. So I will often just pause whatever we're watching for long enough to check into what's next.
