I was banned as well. I don't have twitter so I just emailed support. Within two hours I had an email back that I've been restored!!! And it looks like I still get all the points I've accumilated since the BK ad too.

Question for someone who's used the Hollywood Movie Money reward:

I called my theater to see if they take these before I use my points on them. They said they only take them if they have a 16 digit number like a credit card does on them- if they are the type that look like a check, they don't.

Can anyone tell me which you get through Viggle? I don't want to waste 30,000 points on two tickets I can't use

Hmm....very common theme with BK ads and being banned and I see several threads. I'm glad some of you were re-instated because the ads scare me the most. I really don't have time to mash them and I barely get 2,000 points a day, including ads, if I'm lucky. That's a far cry from the "old days".

Can you all share WHAT BD ads seem to cause these issues? I read they aren't playing any more - is that true? What were they? I'm curious if I might have clicked it a few times? I only remember the Steven Tyler ones and I only clicked if they popped up but you all are making me nervous. Goodness knows it's taking forever to get to 50,000 points but that' my goal so I can get BestBuy and then get Amazon for Xmas presents.

The ads came when I was watching Dr. Phil, they were 10 points each and it was a slide ad, which meant you had to swipe your finger threw about 4 pics then the last page you clicked to get your points. After that I got banned and lost 300,000 points, and viggle won't respond to my emails they just said I was banned.

I emailed viggle support this morning to inquire about my account. In the email I included the error number I got as well as my user name. I had a response within 2 hours that said my account was reinstated. I would try emailing them again.

I've redeemed the Hollywood Movie Money from Viggle: It prints out with a 16 digit number. There are also instructions on there for the employee on how to enter it into the system.

We've gone to the movie theater twice with these certificates; the first time was a breeze. The employee read the instructions, entered the number, and it was fine. Second time we got a different guy who couldn't figure out how to redeem them. Luckily there was a manager who helped him out. The theater we frequent doesn't usually have managers hanging around, so we came close to not being able to use our certificates that time. (Because he was the only cashier on duty.)

So even if a theater does accept them, you have to cross your fingers that you get someone who knows what they're doing.

I just noticed some new rewards; Game Fly and Spotify. Makes me wonder if Sephora will come back. Or maybe Viggle is actually following through on their statement about "adding new rewards to keep the catalog fresh and exciting."

Ok I just reached my goal of 7500 in 3 days no less yay!! But now BK is gone ! So Im wondering do I just hang on and save for the travelocity one? or hope bk is back soon? Question for anyone who has used the travelocity reward card can you stack more than one? On the site it says up to 4 cards with most gift cards so Im wondering if the viggle reward comes under most cards?? Anyone know the answer? TIA!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure this has been answered before buy I can't remember... How many foot locker certificates can I stack in store or online? I need new sneakers and figure why not use Viggle to get them?

Wow, tons of questions. I suggest going over to the Slickdeals Viggle thread and reading the first page of wiki. I think it answers most things there, plus has a nightly list of shows to check into. Don't join though unless you're really interested.

My theory is to never keep more than 7500 in the account. I just happily redeem for Lowes, B&N, CVS, etc. and find a way to use them. That way, if something happens, no biggie. I've never contacted support and I'm going on 3 months now--usually just force quittiing the app and fixes most problems (exit app, hold down bottom of iPad, click the minus when Viggle wiggles).

Just wanted to clarify the highlighted portion: Whatever it says on Travelocity's website also applies to the Travelocity gift cards through Viggle. In fact, that's the way it works for any reward. Go to that specific company's website to learn about the e-gift card policy.

To save or not to save....This is really up to you. Many of us are concerned that Viggle might just crash one of these days, but since the debut of the Android app it seems that Viggle is doing ok. If you are not concerned about Viggle going out of business, then save your points. At least for myself, I've chosen to cash out when I hit 21,000 points or less. I won't save for Best Buy anymore....37,500 points takes too long to accumulate.

Yes, you can use 4 at a time. Your room choices are a little more limited than the regular travelocity site. But we just got a room at Hyatt Place for $32 including taxes thanks to Viggle!!
