viewing reservation online

I HATE "MY Disney Vacation" website. You have a user name and you think your reservation would be attached to it, but you have to enter in your reservation # and phone # for it to come up. For last year's trip it came up in My Itineraries but not this year.

How long did you wait to check the website after you made the reservation? and did you get an email confirmation? You should be able to access it through a link in your email too.

Join the club. But in this case I have always called to make my reservations. Can't view it. Everytime we call they swear its there and "they" can see it. Booked in March. Called several times in the following months just to see if anyone had some sort of inspiration as to why it isn't showing for us. Confirmation is right, phone is right...just doesnt want to show

Huh. I called to make both of mine and both show up, once I put in the res# & phone #. I wonder why yours aren't coming up. Sounds like a software problem.
