We are staying at BWV in a studio starting September 5th. We also just passed ROFR (yesterday) on 150 points at BWV. :cool1:

My DW and I think that we will be most comfortable in a 1 BR for our "regular" visits to WDW.

My question is; If we ask, do you think that the CM's at the front desk would let us look at a 1 BR for just a moment so that we can get a good idea of the size, layout etc.? If not, is there any other way? Is there a "mock-up"?

If you have seen a one bedroom villa at BWV, BCV, SSR or VWL, they are nearly identical. Other than paint colors, bed spreads and furniture fabric. OKW is significantly different, AKV is somewhat different.

There is a studio & 1 bedroom. All BWV 2 bedrooms are lockoffs (studio + 1 bedroom). No Grand Villa.

The reception & office space was converted. But the models are still there.

Thank you, thank you very much :)

More misinformation from my guide ;) I'm just taking it all in stride since I've closed on the contract. I just found out someone was able to use Developer Points to stay at the Poly after my guide told me they could only be used at SSR or II (I specifically asked if they could be used at the GF). Oh well. What can I do :confused3

It all depends on the restrictions on the DP at the time you purchased. Some where able to use at all places and in all collections and others had restrictions. The most recent offer had restrictions but the offer I received at the DL event allowed use at all places.

As long as you don't ask during a busy time (like afternoon check-ins) cm's will give you a tour if there is a room available. Of course, if guests are occupying the rooms, they can't let you in. When we were shopping for DVC, we found most CM's very helpful.
