We had room 2708, which had a fantastic view! It was a standard view, but it was not standard to us when we walked into the room and saw the Hulk, Dr. Doom, Dueling Dragons (in the distance)! We also had Citywalk right across from us and at night the Hard Rock cafe was all lit and it was great. The lighthouse from IOA shone right in out room at night. We could lay in bed and see all these things. And on the 4th of July, we saw the fireworks right from the window! Being on the top floor was wonderful!
I've heard that Tower 2 is the worst of the 3, but that's not true as far as view is concerned. Right below us was a lagoon with ducks in the mornings, and also the front of the resort, which is beautiful. Our view was considered a "parking lot view", because we were right across from the lot. But being up so high and having the Hulk right there practically in your face, erases the bad image of the parking lot! Any questions about Room 2708, please ask, it was magnificent.
And the laundry room was right there below us on the lower floor, anf the elevators were close, too. Perfect room for $110 a night. Can you tell I loved our room? LOL
