Videographer as guest?

Hi everyone,

One of our wedding guests is a professional videographer and will be providing us with this service as a wedding gift. In our contract it says we have to tell Disney when using outside photographers/videographers because you need to pay a $90 "escort fee." Does this apply to our videographer who is an invited guest?

We don't want to ask the planner in case we have to keep it under the radar.

I'm not sure you'd be able to keep someone with professional video equipment 'under the radar.'
