Video Podcast suggestion

Maybe I'm the only one who notices the microphones while watching the videos, but wouldn't it be better to use headsets with the mike integrated into it? Like what they used for the NJ meet recording?

That would allow us to see their expressions better and would also eliminate the awkward "look at the camera and then back to the microphone" moments.

I'm guessing the mics they usually use are a better quality than the ones they used at the meet and that's why they use them

Mostly the people with the podcast are listening and not watching so thats another thing. It hasn't even been a full year of video podcasts yet most of the listeners are still just listeners and not watchers.
