Victoria & Alberts ?

My DH parents will be celebrating their anniversary while we are at WDW. Is Victoria & Alberts a restaurant that is strictly for adults? They have mentioned wanting to dine there but we want to be able to go somewhere as a whole family.Thank you

Pretty much--but depending on the ages of your children and the ability to have proper behavior in the setting, they might be okay.

I'm not certain of an "official" age restriction.

It is a very nice restaurant--and very pricey and multiple courses. It is non-rushed service.

I attended a similar (not as good ) restuarant when I graduated from high school and my dad took me as a gift. I was 18 and had no trouble....but I guess that makes me an adult.

I don't think they refuse children, but it is a very long meal...can be up to 2.5 hours and is quite pricey....$95/person I believe and no children's menu. I would say unless your kids are really adventerous eaters and extremely well behaved, I'd consider another option like California Grille, Yachtsman Steakhouse someplace in Epcot...they will probably enjoy that better

I agree with the two earlier responses. The dinner runds about $120 when you include tax and tip. There is no children's menu and no discounted price for children. It is not just the food but the service and ambiance that makes it one of only 46 AAA Five Diamond restaurants in the country. Most people tend to take about 2.5 hours for dinner.

If you honestly can say the children will not annoy the other customers and that they will be willing to try the food then you might bring them.

There is one potential that might help. The tables cannot seat more than seven. There is a private room with three four-top tables that can handle groups of 8 to 12 and is closed off from the main dining room. This is normally used for larger groups or VVIPs/celebrities who really want privacy. There is no extra charge but there is always the question of availability.
