Via Napoli and Raglan Rd not on DDP 2012?

We are going to WDW in March 2012. I am planning to make reservations to Via Napoli and Raglan Rd. I noticed that neither one is on the DDP 2012 brochure. Do you know why they are not?

Only the Disney owned/operated restaurants are currently in the brochure. Until the other restaurants sign (or decline) the contracts for the 2012 DDP, the list will not be final. I believe they have until the end of the year (or just before it) to sign (and most do seem to wait).

In the history of DDP, only Fulton's has ever dropped out of the program, and that was after the first year. I would expect every restaurant on the 2011 list to show up on the 2012.
