We will be staying at VGF next week and I couldn't be more excited! I had a reservation at Bay Lake but was able to get a 1BR LV at VGF so made the switch. I assume we check in at VGF instead of GF; is this correct? And where do you park? For those of you who have already stayed there, would you recommend doing online check-in?
We are really looking forward to staying there. I have a pedicure booked, so cool to walk out the door and the Spa is right there! Also have reservations at Citrico's, breakfast at Kona and at the café in GF. Should be a fun trip!!

There is a check-in desk in the lobby of VGF. It probably closes around 10 PM like the one at BLT does. The check-in area is different at VGF as they are using real desks you sit down at.

There is a parking at VGF.

for the most part, you can check-in at either one. (i checked in at the GF when i stayed in nov 2013).

And where do you park?

turn into the GF resort and take the first right - it should say parking for VGF.

i didn't use the online checkin but i did enjoy citrico's. it's a great resort.

Using DME, you check in at the GF, with you car, you can pull up to the porte-cochère at the VGF.

Parking is behind Senses.

IMO online check in gains you nothing. At VGF they didn't even have the room packets made up when we were there last month.

I have a question - does anyone know how many bathrooms/showers are in the 2 bedroom units? We will have 8 people in our unit for a couple nights and I could not find the answer even though i looked at the layout. It appears there are 2 bathrooms and the master connects the master and common area?

Thank you, everyone! I am relieved to hear that parking is behind Senses, it would be quite a hike if we had to park on the other side of the GF. But that would be fine, I'm just thrilled we got a room!!
Really looking forward to Citrico's, first time for us :)

There are 2 showers in the second bedroom and one shower but 2 sink areas in the master bath. Of course as the guides like to point out you could fit your whole group in the master shower if you'd like to save time.
