VGC - What's the going rate for buying direct?

Can anyone pls advise what Disney is charging for new purchases at VGC?

The few resales are going for $100 per pt.

They may also be sold out (or very very close to being so). I've heard (when i added-on last month) that almost all use years were sold out except maybe February.

We will close on VGC in a couple of weeks with a Feb UY. We were told they had a few April as well. The going rate was $120 per point, with a $15 per point "credit incentive". I'm not sure what we did to get the incentive but we got it.
