Lets pretend that I check in at Disney day before my 21 bday does that mean I can't drink the entire trip because no one ages?
Well, you are 27 aren't you? So, need to worry.
But no, it doesn't mean that.

Not sure about OP's query, but it's got me thinking of one of my own.
Because of the strange time/space continuum thing they've got going on there, if I walk around backwards the entire time I'm there, does my age regress?
No. But if you visit World Showcase on a counter-clockwise loop rather than a clockwise loop, you get an extra hour at Epcot.
But if I do that, we can't start with a Margarita.
Come to think of it, if you checked in at age 2, then stayed for the rest of your life, you would never have to pay for admission!
