Very strange reservation/invoice arrived today, and CM couldn't shed light...???

I made a change to our August package reservation last week. The CM informed me then that I would be getting a new "packet" shortly. The blue envelope arrived in today's mail. I open it...it is the "reservation invoice." It does reflect the change I made. The strange thing is it lists one of my DDs twice and has my oldest DD listed (she won't be travelling w/us). I made no changes, last week when I called, to the people/guests on the reservation. By the way, with all of these guests listed we should surpass room capacity at Pop, anyway. Here is the kicker...I call immediately to get things corrected. The CM I am connected with goes through the usual long list of questions to gain access to my reservation information. He then states the reservation reflects the correct information; my oldest isn't on there and my other DD is listed only once.

Anyone care to make any guesses as to what the heck is going on...??? Of course, I plan on calling back to triple check on this one.
 
I would first try to go on the Walt Diseny website and check your reservation on there. If you are still seeing the incorrect information, I would call back so that you can speak to another CM and see what's going on, and if they could get it corrected and then send a correct invoice to you.

I agree.

It sounds to me like you are a returning WDW visitor. If that is the case, they have your daughter in their computer system as a guest who has stayed with you previously.

When they made your reservation, they probably just failed to delete and relist your guests in their system.

I had something similar happen to me when I made our June, 2007 reservations. After they were done making the reservation, they call everything off to you and they called my daugther's name back to me even though we were supposed to have deleted her this time around. They went back and changed it for me.

I think this is probably what happened in your case too.

I checked the ressie online and everything looks good, just as the CM said. I am still scratching my head :confused3 over the reservation invoice that arrived today with all the wrong guest names...weird! But all is fine so I'll stop thinking about it now.
 
I had something weird on my reservation too. It had my name on it but also said attention Joe Carey. There is no one in my family or aquaintace named Joe Carey!:confused3 I called to check on it and the CM said the reservation had the correct info with no mention of Joe Carey!:confused3
 
We got the same type of weird message. When I called to reserve my room it listed my husband and my daughter but did not list me, so when she added it, it came up twice on my reservation copy.
 
The same thing sort of happened to us too. We changed from 2 standard CL rooms to the junior suite and they had some names twice and others missing. But online it was correct. HTH. I called back a few times and they kept telling me it was ok in the system. They had my son listed as an infant also and not 2 even though they have his birthdate.

Are they going to send you out another invoice?!?!? If so I would wait until then to see if everything was corrected. Maybe its the Ghouls at the HM playing a joke on you- They have nothing better to do right now! :)
 
We have a weird thing going on with reservations, too. I have a split stay room-only reserved at POR and then BC. I checked on the Disneyworld website and it lists my POR as "cancelled" but my BC ressie is in there. I've called three different CM's to make sure that this is NOT true, and they've all assured me that the POR is still there. I even had one send me a new email confirmation.

I wrote the website, too, and they wrote back some nonsense about emptying my cache on the computer (which I do on a regular basis anyway) and said a hard copy of my ressie would arrive soon. (It hasn't)

I just don't understand how it could all happen. :confused3
 
I know what is wrong!

Stitch has disguised himself as a bug in the the Disney computer system!!
