When I swapped our booking to take advantage of free dining I had to upgrade from a standard to a Buffallo room at the Cheyenne to do it. Having stayed so many times at Cheyenne and having advised so many people against paying this supplement, I wasn't overly keen but it was worth it for the offer. Do you think if I rang them today, (my 60 days is up on Sunday) that I'd now be able to downgrade to a standard room, it's a saving of £85.00.

Also that was the second change I'd made to the booking, 3rd if you count changing the arrival date, although that was done at the same time.

Anyone tried this before ?

I think from what you've said that you should be able to change, as it's outside the 60 days.

Just don't say anything about upgrading previously ;)

Decided to bite the bullet and ring and ask them anyway and it wasn't a problem :thumbsup2 So I paid the balance there and then as well, in case they change their mind. ;):cool1:
