Very merry christmas party thanksgiving week

Wonder why Disney isn't doing the party the week of thanksgiving? Too much going on for turkey day? Bummed

They never schedule MVMCP that week. They expect the parks to be busy and don't want to have to kick out a lot of guests at 7:00 and lose the revenue from being able to stay open later hours for more guests.

I know the year we went to MVMCP we went on the Friday 6 days before Thanksgiving, and I think they resume either the Sunday or Tuesday following Thanksgiving.
