Very Excited!!

Im packing well now, after a few hic-cups that included my wedding dress and the tiaras things are going fine!

We leave Sunday morning so we'll do online check-in with Virgin in the morning.

We have 4 PS's booked - should I confirm these or just turn up with the confirmation numbers?

I have made so many planning lists and seem to be sticking to them well, but is there anything else I may have forgotton? The only thing I havent booked is FDP, cos I thought it might be "quieter" this month, but seeing as WDW has increased its park hours they must be expecting to be inundated!

On the 16th Oct, we have PS at CRT for 8:05am, and the park now closes at 11pm!! Thats a long old day - with a balloon flight booked for 5am the following morning we'll be shattered!

Any other last minute tip for us first-timers? Oh and also - does our checked luggage get opened both ways or just on return?

I think the only thing I would say Lorraine is don't push yourselves too hard! For example on your CRT day I definitely wouldn't stay till the bitter end at 11pm. Take it easy and enjoy the atmosphere.

You are going to have the most fantastic time, Lorraine!!

Ooohh good luck and congratulations. How exciting. You are so lucky, my DH laughed at me when I suggested we get married in the magic. You have a good one there.
That sounds like a really long day at MK so don't push it. If you wanted to see Wishes on that day, you could always have a sleep in the day and go back later but you'll know how your body feels.

Hi Lorraine

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding.

All the times I have made PS's I have just turned up about 15mins before the actual time, armed with my confirmation numbers.

I was there early Dec and was able to book FDP on the day. When I went to MGM the first thing I did was go to the window where the information board is and made the PS's there.

Just completed on line check in - seems straightforward enough!!

Now - must get back to the packing/washing/ironing/tidying!!

If I dont get a chance to post again today, just a MASSIVE thank you for everyone who has helped me with the planning. I cant believe it was booked Aug 03 and now its here.

Eve, Jeanette, Squitty - and anyone else travelling soon - have a GREAT time.

This will DEFINITELY be my last post, its 11:30pm now, the kids have (finally) gone to sleep after watching all the planning videos (again and again and again)!!!

We're up at half 5, the cab's booked for half 6 and then we'll be on our way.

Sharon - just noticed your timer - you have a fab first trip there too!!
