Very early morning pickup, Uber/Lyft availability?

We decided to stay our last night at the Dolphin instead of returning to the airport hotel that night. Our flight leaves at 7 am and it's SW. We have TSA pre-check and Business Select, so we hopefully won't spend too much time in the lines. Thinking of a 5 AM pickup. How hard is it to get an Uber or Lyft at that time? There are 2 of us with 1 piece of luggage each.

I would urge you to reconsider your pick up time. I flew out Monday morning and the Precheck line went all the way back to the Disney store. A 5 am pickup puts you at MCO at 5:30, if it takes 10 minutes to drop your bags, 30 minutes to get through security and another 10 to get to your gate you're looking at 6:20 for a flight that is supposed to start boarding at 6:30.

I should have stated but did not, that my flight was at 0700 Monday morning. So this was approximately 0550 that the line was this far back.

Your BS A1-15 BP loses value if you get to the gate halfway through boarding. You want to be at the gate 630 640 at the latest

You can pre-schedule the ride with Uber the day before for what time you want to be picked up the next day.

Early morning weekdays are BUSY at airports for Business travel if it is a weekend day you should be fine.
