We just came back from our first stay at Vero Beach as Vero members. . Previously we had visited to tour the resort before deciding to make a purchase of membership interest.

Here a few thoughts and observations that I thought I would share with my fellow members:

The cast is absolutely outstanding you can't find better Disney CMs anywhere in the company.

The major disappointing part of Vero Beach resort is the quality of sand in that part of the coastline it's a very poor quality to the degree type sand.

There's clearly an intimacy with parking toting your luggage checking in to the small size of the resort that makes it a wonderful place for three maybe four day destination.

We had a wonderful time in the Saturday morning character breakfast with the characters and again the CMs i in the dining room were wonderful with our family. It would've been nice to the big cheese made an appearance somewhere during our stay especially the character breakfast.

We participated in the Thursday evening seafood buffet. It was well done nicely presented but I'm underwhelmed by the variety in the depth of the offering As compared to Cape May.

As a destination resort it seems unusual things like minigolf shuffleboard roll up the sidewalks at 7 o'clock at night when clearly late into the evening like saying outrageous time of 10 o'clock might be better to shut things down otherwise you can just go to your room and go to bed at 7:01.

I'm not sure security at the resort it's quite as stringent as it is it Walt Disney World . I think there's some considerations for improved restricted access to the property it's harder to get from the shoreline to the resort and it is from the parking lot for the street into the resort.

I probably have some other thoughts to share with their escaping me at this time if anyone has questions I'm happy to do my best to tell you the truth or make up a really fantastic answers /-LOL!

Have a magical day!

Anyone have an expereince with Vero in the last week of March temp wise...keeping in mind it is -20 C here in Canada at that time.

Looking for a winter vacation and don't have the budget for Aulani this year. Thinking if I delay until last week of March weather should be in the pool weather range?

Thanks for the review! We will be checking in a week from today for 4 nights. Did you happen to dine at any restaurants in the area?

Thanks,
Kerri

Our spring break usually falls last week of March/1st week of April, and we have done 4 trips to VB at that time since 07 and the latest was this year. We had nice weather, wore my bathing suit. Got in the pool and ocean.

I'm from Ohio, so I'm thinking our definition of "warm" will be about the same.

We went into Sebastin to a Cubin that was good. A nice experience that we can't find in Western New York. We also dined at Squid Lols on the water. Very authentic but mid market price.
