So what's the scoop on VB? I've read everything from it's wonderful, beautiful spot to needs rehabbing, beach too small, expensive restaurants, not enough restaurants, etc. etc. I'm so confused. Is April a nice time to go to swim and get the sun? Any info would be appreciated?
