vero beach inn ocean view room

how is the vb inn ocean view rooms, it will be just dh and i, and i want to be as close and ocean view. is it to hot to sit on the beach in late july?

The ocean view inn rooms at VB are absolutely beautiful.
I always ask fpr top floor.
It looks like the ocean rises up to meet your room. The sound of the waves crashing is so soothing.
I think you will be able to sit on the beach in July.
Its always a little cooler right along the water.

The inn rooms are good sized and have a covered balcony with a GREAT view. We had a room that was not on the top floor, but on the second to the top and it was very nice. When you book, ask for the highest room possible. You will love it!

Agree with those above. You should enjoy the OV Inn Rooms. If it is too hot on the beach you can always rent an umbrella or cabana cover for some shade. Most of the time you get a nice breeze but that is about the hottest time of the year there. Hope you enjoy your stay.

First of all,

I am now floridafam instead of vbfamily-I clicked on someones pictures over on the resort board last week and my computer got a little freaky. So, one new hard drive later and a new user name and I'm back in business.

Anyway, there are a few rooms that don't have covered balconies on the side of the resort by the pool on the 2nd floor. These are considered ocean view.

You will love the OV rooms.

Even in July there is a nice breeze coming off the ocean and definately plan on getting a beach umbrella like the other posters suggested.

thank you for all the posts, i will ask for the highest ov room and ill make to get an umbrella, how about the golf courses around vero beach and any info on the restaurants? and will it be hard to book the weekends at vb?
