Vero Beach in October

If I can't get BCV for the first three nights of a previously planned trip to WDW for the last week of October (on wait list for Sunday through Wednesday morning...booked Wednesday through Sunday morning), we may consider Vero for the first few days.

Never been, but it seems nice and the points would only be 30 for a studio for the three nights. What kind of weather should we expect?

We were there in October a few years ago. The weather was great. The sky was so very blue. The ocean was still warm. You will love it.

How far is the drive from Orlando?

Vero is roughly 1 1/2 hours from the Orlando airport -- a little further from WDW. Of course, some folks can make it faster.
