Edited to give the correct amounts

$5.2672 or $4.1239

However, there will be a special assessment because of the 2004 Hurricanes, the amount will be shared at the annual meeting (no more than .50 per point).

I apologize if this has already been shared, I did not see it.

Is it possible dues are down because of the resort being closed for awhile last year? No front desk operations or housekeeping, reduced utilities, etc?

If that is the case i wish they would close BWV whenI am not there!!! :rotfl2:

Here is what the breakdown is:

Capital reserves $0.6474 $0.5331
ad valorem taxes $0.6421 $0.6421

Is it correct that Vero dues are 5.2672 plus up to a .50 special assessment?

Thanks

I knew it was too good to be true. I am not sure how I missed the section on the last page that said the actual dues amount--I see it now.

Sorry if I got anyone excited!!!!

Okay, I'm confused. Happens a lot these days !! :rotfl: :rotfl:

How much are the dues? $5.2672 Or $4.1239

How much are they going to be taking out of my check book next year??

And why are there two amounts??

Early VB owners get the lower subsidized dues because they bought on the basis that DVC would build out the entire resort, including across the road. When that didn't happen, the dues went up, so people who bought after the decision pay the higher amount.

5.26 from 4.87 is an 8% increase.

Does WDW Development subsidize the dues for the people who bought early on or do the other owners pay higher dues to make up for the short fall?

Thanks
