Vero Beach Cottge Question

Can someone please tell me the difference between a Vero Beach Cottage and a 1 or 2 bedroom. I have noticed the difference on the point charts, but don't recall reading about anyone staying in the Beach Cottages before.

Beach Cottages are right up against the dunes - one cottage per building.

3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms on the lower floor, kitchen, living and dining on the upper floor - the upper floor is a "great room" type concept with a vaulted ceiling. A large deck on the upper floor on the ocean side affords truely incredible ocean views as do the large windows (floor to ceiling).

I stayed several nights in a Beach Cottage and adored it! It is the "Grand Villa" of Vero Beach. The views are spectacular from the upper floor, and the roominess, comforts and convenience could not be beat. These cottages are not easy to come by, and that stay is one reason why I later purchased an add on of 200 points at Vero Beach!

I can't wait until Sept! This is one reason why we also added VB.
I can't remember where, but in some literature it is refered to as a "Grand Villa".
