Vero Beach at Christmas

I was wondering what the chances are in getting a 2BR at Vero Beach for Dec 26-27-28 and 29'th at the 7 month window. I have a friend who has reserved a 2BR at Marriott Ocean Pointe at West Palm Beachin past years for me during this period, but he has to do that for me at his 11 month window. I would like to try Vero Beach, but do not want to miss out on the opportunity to get the condo at WPB.

I've not seen (m)any posts here about people going to VB for Christmas. They don't have a DVC Christmas tree exchange there. It seems to me there weren't any "takers." People have posted pictures of the tree in the lobby which was beautiful, and people have mentioned the New Years party which was lots of fun, but I hope someone gives you some firsthand advice about Christmas.

We were at Vero Beach Dec 29 - Jan 2 of this year. I booked these at the seven month window with no problem.

Later we questioned if we had made the right decision and tried to get any resort at Disneyworld. No go so to Vero Beach we went. It was wonderful.

As for your question, I asked at the front desk if they were full while we were there and they said no.

No guarentees but we will be taking another chance at some time in the future again. We loved it.
