Vero Beach 2015 Information & Adoration Thread

Checking out tomorrow after three wonderful days at Vero (after the craziness that is WDW), really enjoyed lunch at the Lemon Tree and dinner at Bonefish Grill in Vero. That's all we ate out after lots of great meals at WDW staying at OKW.

We are headed to Vero for two nights Jan 8 & 9, 2015 at the end of a longer stay at VWL. So excited about all of it! Hard to decide whether to make a quick trip to one of the parks in the am of the 8th or drive right over to VB!

Just booked Vero for June 17-21 in a 1 bedroom villa. Second visit for us as a family and we can't wait to get back!

We have owned points for Vero since 2002 but have only stayed there twice, once in a studio room and once in the Inn room. both more than 6 years ago.
We have a 4 night planned for May 12 of this year in a 2 bedroom.
Are there any "have to's" that we should look into?

The county beach restoration will affect VB resort's beach from roughly Jan 20 through the end of February. Letters to guests during this time either have gone out or will be going out. For guests staying at the resort during the time, there will be bus shuttles to unaffected beach area.

Today is gorgeous! At any given time there are 20-40 people in the ocean right here in front of the resort. I've been in VB many times in January and days like this are truly special!
