Hey Andy!

We're so glad to see some fellow NJians getting away from all the wet we've had this summer. And though it looks like you are going to miss some of the best weather we've had all season, I'll bet you're not a bit disappointed!

We were wondering who your head server turned out to be. We haven't seen a mention yet and we've been trying - rather unsuccessfully - to check up on our favorite CM, Head Server John from Scotland, to see if he'll still be on the ship when we set sail on Sept 25th. We know he was there over the last few weeks, but are afraid he's coming up to his vacation soon and are hoping to find out if we can look forward to having him again. So we were hoping maybe he was your server - which would be great for you- and we could get some inside info!

I hope you have a VERY MAGICal cruise and soak up every minute of it! (It's the only way we make it to the next one!)

If your ship happens to pass by the Adventure of the Seas while cruising (or you are docked with them at one of the islands), tell my parents and brother "hi". They are cruising this week and go to some of the same ports you're going to.

Did you pack an extra pair of glasses so you can go to the MENS room on the way home - LOL (thought we forgot didn't you - never).

It's funny, the nose guard on my glasses broke during the saftey drill, luckily I was able to get it fixed rather quickly. I didn't heed my own advice, I forgot to bring an extra pair of glasses with me.

My mom had two extra pair of reading glasses, so I was able to get a pair of nose guards off one of the pair, and was able to attach it to my glasses.


Our Head Server is Nadege from France. We have an all female serving team on this cruise, and they are taking very good care of us!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Another day of calm seas, time to run, much to see and little time to do it. Will check back later.

I hope that your cruise is Magical. I missed seeing the Magic on the Port cam Saturday. How can I get my DCL fix without that webcam? And without you to nag the webcam powers how can they know how much we miss it?
When the Magic went past Two Palms I was busy serving 'fixings' at my friend's fire depatment's annual chicken BBQ (under a tent in the pouring rain). Served lots of dinners (eat in and take out) in spite of the weather. I'm sure your weather is a lot better!

Hi Andy

Glad your cruise is off to MAGICal start. Nadege is a great Head Server! We had her on our February 28 Western. If you get a chance, please say "hi" to her from the Nishino family from Mississauga, Canada, and especially Lara, our 8 yr old who took a real liking to Nadege.

You can remind Nadege that Lara was the little girl she gave some Mexican peso coins to (after we forgot to get some in Cozumel for her school project!). Our servers were Claudio and Leesa.

Tell her we'll hopefully see her on next August's Repo cruise!
