They had a shipping code, but it stopped working on Sunday. Generally if they are having a special sale, there are no shipping codes. Their codes are usually if you spend $75-$100 dollars also.

I would say yes. I have noticed high school girls carrying VB bags or wristlets. Some I would guess to be as young as 13-14ish. HTHs

Yes, girls of all ages like Vera Bradley. Some areas they start them out younger. I have two little girl purses that I got very cheaply, and I think that MIL might be buying them each one for Christmas.
