Vera Bradley duffell??

Is the large duffle big enough for my 12 year old to pack for our week at the lake. It's all shorts, t-shirts and bathing suits. I can put her sweatshirts in my luggage. What do you think? It's on sale for $55 which is still a lot for a duffle but her b-day is coming up so maybe I'll splurge, lol

I wear a size large on top and 14 on the bottom, I can fit a weeks worth of shorts and tops, a pair of PJ's as well as bathing suits and unmentionables in the large vera duffle. I use the side pocket for a pair of flip flops and wear my sneaks.

YES! it is bigger than you think. i have taken mine on airplanes, car rides, etc and it is great. It even squishes into spaces that regular suitcases can't.

I have the Frill duffel and it holds a weekend's worth of things, including my laptop.

I have one and I think it can hold everything your daughter needs. I recently fit 9 big beach towels in mine and still had some room leftover. It can hold so much!

Thanks. What about the large backpack or the messenger? I don't have much use for either but I have a super tote in purple punch so I figure I might as well get another piece I'm thinking the backpack would be more versatile for me to throw stuff in for the beach or maybe when I go to the city. Thoughts??

The large BP makes a great school bag. The large duffle is really big, it will fit a weeks worth of clothes.

I used the large backpack last year for the daytrips we took while on our cruise. It holds so much and is comfortable when wearing it.
