I am so frustrated with Disney's website. I have at least one problem almost everytime I log on. This time, I can only update 1 of my itinerary days. Tried 2 days ago, and couldn't do any... I suppose this is better than nothin'.

But, seriously, don't ya think they could free up a few imagineers to get it upgraded a bit! (I understand when its slow, I can only imagine the traffic, but honestly... when at least one section of the website seems to flat out not work each day!)

Thanks for listening. Nobody else understands why I want to go on there and do this much planning anyway. I knew here there'd be some sympathetic Ears.

I know what your taking about. The traffic on that site is so high, it's constantly bogged down. I have problems at time too. It has been a little better for me lately.

dont feel that you are alone with this... thats why I rather wait on hold than go to the site

Actually, I will be forgoing the website and will be calling in my reservation this year as well when I book my May 2008 vacation.

I have to agree! The website is toooooo slow!!! I usually just call the disney reservation number and hold myself!!!!

As with anything technical there are always problems. Be patient, after all this is supposed to be fun.

I haven't been able to get into the DVC member site for several months now. I wrote to them and they wrote back and just said to call them. I get as far as a black yellow screen that says there are some errors on the page. I gave up. I will just call and check my banked points, etc., from now on.

I have not experienced any problems at all acessing the DVC website or looking at any of the reports/pages. There must be something wrong with the login or the password. I would give them a call and try to get it worked out.
