I would make this a poll but I dont know how D:
So are you vegan or vegetarian, And how long?

I have been vegetarian for 14 years because im cool like that :woohoo:

While I still live under my mother's roof, I'm not allowed to be a full-out vegetarian, I still eat white meat, but just enough to satisfy her. I really hate it, and have been trying to convince her to let me chose my own diet and be a total vegetarian for almost two years now, but she won't give in.

Give it time. My mom accepts it but sometimes I see some meat in my food, they try to tell me its not. Im like omg mom, its like an entire chicken leg. Jesus :rotfl:

My body can't survive without meat.
I wish it could. Meat isn't very appealing to me.

I probably would cos I don't even like meat& I'm a big animal lova, but I can't stand beans and stuff, so I don't know where I would get my protein.
(yeah health!)

I am not, but is there a difference between a vegan and a vegetarian? :confused3

neither.

i'm sorry.

i don't like the thought of animals dying just so we can eat them but it ain't gonna come back y someone not eating it.

whenever i eat meat i think that if i don't eat it then it will have died even more needlessly. but i'm weird

i can't eat horse though. i mean the thought of eating an animal i love and ride is disgusting. i couldn't get on sparky again i'd just be thinking i ate one of your kind for my lunch. yukk. i just can't do that

There is a reason that when you go to the store, ground horse isn't next to ground beef.

Horse tastes like red clay mud. Its muscles are worked WAY too hard to eat.

I reallly really wanted to be a vegitarian last year. I think my parents persuaded me out of it. Okay, I admit that I eat meat, but I've cut down on it a lot.

nope! ive eaten meat my entire life. :teeth:

and i could NEVER become a vegan cuz i love milk and cheese and yogurt too much! :)

horse is actually supposed to taste quite nice. my nan and mum had some when they were in france.

the muscles are supposed to be work. i can't tell in writing wether you were just saying they aren't nice to eat or wether you are saying they are over worked and it is cruel to ride them.

Can't say I'm either. I love meat too much to give it up.

The funny thing is, I was actually healthier when I was eating fast food once or twice a week. Am I reccomending it as a diet? No. However, I think I need to start going to Wendys once or twice a week. Lol.

ahahah.
i'd die without it.
what i mean is.
i could never be one.
i salute those who are.

I love the taste of meat, I just HATE the look of it. I close my eyes when I am eating it haha

^^ Haha. That's what's happening to me.

I'm a vegetarian. I don't understand why you guys' parents aren't letting you become vegetarian. That seems stupid as hell to me. If you don't want to eat meat, don't. It's not like they're literally shoving it down your throat.

I mean that a horse's peck muscles are worked harder than a chickens. The meat is leaner and tougher. I'm sure some people would enjoy the taste. Hell someone out there is bound to like anything. (people eat human and cat. I don't see why you wouldn't eat a horse)

But from people I've talked to, and things I've read, a horse tastes like mud or clay.

I don't think its cruel to ride them or work them. I just think that they taste will taste bad.
