Just pulled these off the SW website.
Expedition Cafe:
Asian Region - side dishes for rice/noodles
Italian Region - spaghetti and meatball platter (I'm sure you could get it without meatballs), garden lasagna
Grab N Go - Asian "Freshie" salad, side salad, oriental veggie wrap
Mango Joe's:
Mango fruit salad or garden burger
Seafire Inn:
pastas and assorted sauces, mediterranean veggie wrap, chicken caesar salad (again you can probably get it without meat)
Seaport Pizza:
cheese or veggie pizza
Spice Mill:
vegetable chili, caesar salad, garden burger
Terrage Garden Buffett:
pizza and pasta buffett
So there are choices, but not if you're wanting to spend 5 days there and never eat the same thing twice

Kids tend to have mac and cheese available at each place unless they will just munch off your plates for stuff, or if they want to eat an adult side dish as a main meal. Anywhere that offers sandwich type foods might be able to make a grilled cheese if you ask.
