Vegetarian meals

My family and I are going to Disney May 8th and I was wondering if anyone know of some good restaurants to eat at for vegetarian meals?

I read from other threads that California Grill has a good vegetarian selection.

Someone else had suggested reading "Vegetarian Walt Disney World and Greater Orlando, 2nd: The Essential Guide for the Health-Conscious Traveler" too.

The California Grill is my favorite, but I must say that WDW has made huge strides in vegetarian food in the last few years and I only call ahead for dinner at the HDDR anymore. This was a huge surprise to me, but the buffet at the Germany pavillion is chock full of vegetarian goodies!

The Mitsukoshi Restaurant has a great tofu dish. The chef prepared the vegetarian food before the meat so you wouldn't get the animal fat in yer tofu.

My sister's favorite veggie meal is at Boma. There were so many choices on the buffet that she almost didn't have room for dessert.

The Garden Grill makes a nice roasted vegetables with grilled polenta dish.

The Luau show will supply a huge stir fried veggie dish served over white rice if you ask.

Columbia Harbor counter service in MK has veg. chili that is good.

One of my favorites is the Stuffed tomato with vegan cheese at 50s Prime Time Cafe.

Can't wait to find some more favorites next trip!
