Okay here are some of my food reviews, hopefully they help someone

My husband is a vegetarian and my son (2 years old) and myself eat mainly vegetarian as well, but not all the time. I found it hard to have a toddler eat vegetarian at WDW since he cant chew lettuce so any type of salads were out, a lot of the veggies were not cooked soft enough for him to chew and he isnt good at biting sandwiches or burger type things, so I ended up having to order a lot of meat meals to split with him because my husband is a strict vegetarian and I am not. I didnt want him to eat mac n cheese for 14 days
Landscape of Flavors- (Art of Animation food court)
Veggie Burger- This was good (my husband said it was his favorite veggie burger of the trip), it was a little bit spicy for me, but tasty, too spicy for DS. It is less of a fake meat type burger and more of a vegetable and bean burger.
Kids Mac N Cheese- this was one of the tastier mac n cheeses that we found, DS inhaled it, and it could have easily been an adult portion.
Veggie Pizza- My husband said this was just good, sort of just okay. Typical Disney fast food pizza I guess.
Breakfast- We all got the French Toast and fruit one day and it was not very good. Dry, not a lot of taste. Even DS didnt finish his piece and he loves french toast!
Egg White Frittata- Very good, I only got to taste a few bites because DS loved this so much.
Sci Fi Diner- We both got the Veggie Shepherds Pie and it was good (a tiny bit spicy...again too spicy for our toddler). It was huge and I couldnt finish it. It was so dark in there my picture is awful- sorry. This was nothing to write home about, but a decent meal. Our waiter was very confused about what vegetarian meant, he was mixed up on a lot of the dishes and struggled a little. We chose this for DS and unfortunately he didnt even seem all that interested in the place- ha!
Sanaa- Excellent! I only got pictures of the Naan Bread and dips. We got the Roasted red pepper hummus, tamarind chutney, and mango chutney. All of it was delicious. DS loved all of it. We both got the Vegetarian sampler and we ordered 4 different sides and all shared- they were all delicious. The tofu one was spiciest, I cant remember what they were all called. My son had to get the chicken pot pie (which was really good if there are any carnivore kids in your group). We were a little disappointed in the desserts here. The only vegetarian dessert was the rice pudding that was just okay, we arent big on rice pudding.
La Hacienda de San Angel- Very good. I got the veggie tacos and I thought they were delicious. My husband got the veggie enchiladas and also said they were very good. My son got the cheese quesadilla meal. They also bring you big bowls to share of rice and black beans. It was all tasty!
veggie tacos (yes there were corn tortillas hidden under there)-
kids quesadilla (the corn was from my plate)-
cheese empanadas-
veggie enchiladas-
Be Our Guest- We both got the quinoa ratatouille dish and we both liked it. My husband also got the potato leek soup and I got the french onion soup and both were very good. The dessert options here were disappointing, the only vegetarian option is the lemon meringue and Dh doesnt care much for lemon desserts so we both passed. It was definitely a fun experience though and we were glad we did it.
Tusker House- FABULOUS!!! MY NEW FAVORITE!!! We did breakfast here one day and it was very good. The chef was so nice and there were plenty of delicious options for all of us. We also did dinner here one night and it was my FAVORITE meal of the whole trip. It was seriously delicious. The chef was so nice again (and happy we came back). We ate so much, we just sat there till we couldnt fit any more in. Almost everything on the dessert counter was vegetarian, so DH was thrilled. Definitely try all the cous cous dishes and I think they were called samoas? The little fried veggie potato things, they were amazing. Many of the things we enjoyed were vegan too so I would definitely put this on a must do list.
Rose and Crown- YUM! The stone pie is delicious. And this picture makes it look small, but it is not. It is like a quiche, and very good. It is very big and the sticky toffee pudding dessert was also delicious.
Boma- We did breakfast here twice and it was delicious as always. The chef was so nice and even made my husband a special omelette. Everything was so tasty and the french toast bread pudding with either the banana carmel sauce or the pecan carmel sauce was to DIE for. Seriously amazing. We both ate enormous plates full even though we were stuffed.
Crystal Palace- We did breakfast here for DSs birthday and we all enjoyed it. The chef didnt seem totally friendly he sort of just said anything that doesnt obviously have meat in it is fine. We found plenty to eat and it was all good, but for some reason we both felt like it was missing something, I guess we are just Boma lovers
The Mara (Animal Kingdom food court)-
Vegetable flatbread- Pretty good. I am not super into the flatbread craze, but it was good and filling.
Falafel sandwich- My DH got this and said it was pretty good, nothing amazing.
Pumpkin cheesecake- We got this about 4 times it was so good and we were excited that it was gelatin free.
Chefs de France- Delicious!!! DH and DS split the Macaroni and both loved it. I got the veggie lasagna and loved it. For dessert we got the creme brulee and the chocolate mousse and both were excellent. We are excited we got to see Remy before he leaves, but I would definitely recommend this place even without Remy.
The Wave- Dh got the curry vegetable stew and loved it. The dessert options here were limited to ice cream. We did like the ice cream trio dessert, but we had a lot of ice cream and were hoping for something different. But everything we ate was very good and we were able to walk up without a reservation- yay!
The Plaza- Dh got the veggie burger and said it was pretty good (he liked the AoA burger better). The milkshakes were delicious, but huge! We wished we had split one.
Counter service- At the Magic Kingdom we ate the Lighthouse sandwich at Columbia Harbor House about 3 times, very good. My husband also liked the nutella waffle at Sleepy Hollow.
At the Animal Kingdom counter service was really hard. The little stand outside the Flights of Wonder show had the Pita Bread and hummus snack pack which was good, but there really wasnt much to be found.
We didnt spend much time at DHS, but we ate at the ABC Commissary and DH got a veggie burger and they had to bring one in from Sci Fi. He said it was just okay.
At Epcot we ate at Sunshine Seasons which was good, they said the cheesecake here was vegetarian so we got that and it was very good. We also ate our way around the Food and Wine Festival and had several good desserts.
Sorry I dont have more pictures!
