What are the dues and TOT on a 1,250 point contract?

12,276 in dues + 3,185 TOT? So $15,561 a year?

And $267,000 in upfront and closing costs? That could easily get $10,680 in US Tbill interest.

So, $26,241 a year in dues, tax, and lost interest for a week in a GV? $3,749 a night

OR….for only 62 more points you could stay in a PV studio for the ENTIRE month of Feb and March…..

OR… how about the entire month of March in a 1 bedroom villa….

Personally, I’d go for option 3….
