Would a teen enjoy VB for his 16th birthday? What would we do there to help him celebrate?

Would a teen enjoy VB for his 16th birthday? What would we do there to help him celebrate?

While our family does love VB ( presently have 2 teens & 22yr old ) gonna have to say no for 16th bday unless he's got friends along ( they may enjoy teens night out program but iirc that doesn't always take place every night ). Not an abundance of options during evening like you'd find at WDW.
