VB 1st week of March?

What is the weather like the first week of march at VB?

We went to Vero in early March in 2001. It was in the high 70s to low 80s every day. There was a cool breeze while we were there, which made stepping out of the pool a little tough. The ocean temps were cool and there was a strong riptide from the remnants of a blizzard up north, so we didn't get to enjoy that as much.

Shorts, bathing suits during the day. You could wear a light long sleeve top at night (I don't think any of us did but if you tend to get cold you might like one).

We went the first week of March last year and had a blast. We swam every day and went to the beach every day (I think there was one day the beach was closed due to strong waves, but that can happen at any time of the year). We never thought it was unusually cold.

It shows the actual temperatures for last March, as well as the averages. There's links at the bottom of the page to select other months. Looks like the weather was beautiful in March of 2002. No snow, I see.
