Various Reward Programs...

Does anyone have any information about the various reward sites and how to get the most from them. I just recently joined Sunshine Rewards and I find the site very confusing. I'm also interested in Bzzscapes and my points. Is there an F&Q on the board already? I'm looking for other avenues to fund my Disney addiction. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
