I admit it, I watched the last show and am watching this one that is on right now - the premise is that he and his friends are DIY'ers on a Mansion in Palm Beach, FL.

Anyone else watching?

No but I saw an interview with him about it. He came across as an intelligent level headed man. He said that when he had his first hit he bought a bunch of real estate and did not think about it for years because he got so busy. When he had no work he went back and began rehabbing and making money. It sounded like he was the real deal.

I turned it on last night and was totally pleasantly surprised. To be fair, I usually hate DIY shows, but for some reason, it wasn't bad! He's funnyish and seems to be all in.

He said he still tours a good deal of the time and makes music. But I'm betting it's his real estate that's paying his bills. He shouuld be proud. He isn't doing easy car loan adds or getting arrested.
