Value versus Regular season

was wondering how much price difference there is between value and regular season, as far as resorts go, thinking about Oct which is know regular season, but could go Sept 30 is rate is that much lower. Thinking Wilderness Lodge, what kind of AP rates are normal during those times. Thanks
