Value Season vs. Regular Season?

Could someone direct me to where I can find out the exact dates where Disney changes from value season to regular season to high season? I'm starting to plan a trip and would like to know this info. Thank you!

I'm going around in circles at disney.com . So far, I've only been able to get price quotes for specific travel dates I type in. I want to find an overview of the whole year for my files. Thanks.

Something to keep in mind...

If you check in during value season, & sometime during your stay, the time frame switches to regular season, you will be billed per day at value season rates. If you check in during regular rate time & it changes to value, you will be billed at regular rate fee. That happened to us & it bothered me. If part of my stay was on value season, I wanted to be charged at value season rates. The first CM I talked to said I couldn't do anything about it. I called back & got another CM who set me up with two reservations. One reservation was at the regular rate (when we first arrived) and the other was for the other half of our stay which was at value. On the day of the switch I had to "check in & check out", but we got to keep our same room and it saved us a lot of $$$. Just thought I would pass this along.
