Value Resorts at Christmas

Are the value resorts decorated for Christmas? Which one has the best decorations?

Yes, they are decorated, no it's not to the extent that the deluxe resorts go to. We stayed at POP in 2003 and loved the lobby Christmas tree.....it felt very comfortable and warm. There was garland strung up here and there and it had a nice feel to it. Maggie

November 2004 we saw basically just garland, trees, and a giant wreath or two hung on the outside of the AS Music. Others appeared to be about the same. Nothing to get excited about, but a nice touch all the same.

POP had a tree in the lobby and xmas music through out. It was xmas spirit for sure!

Thanks. I'm trying to decide whether or not to bump up to a moderate hotel.

I have stayed at Moderates and value during Christmas season. The moderates have a little more decoration.

Basically in values you get a tree in the main lobby area and a couple large wreaths in the hall to the foodcourt.

We were at POP and ASSports. Pop had a huge tree in the lobby area and a wreath somewhere, honestly I can't remember much other than that.

ASSports had a small tree decorated with different sports balls in the enterance of the foodcourt and a larger one in the check-in area. They also had some wreaths down the hall to the foodcourt from the check-in area.
