What ever happen to the good old days of $49.99 plus tax for the Value Resorts. It seems that for is going ro cost me $80 per night to stay here in March. Not during Easter but 3 weeks prior to the Easter JOliday. Anyone know if the $49 rate is now a thing of the past? I am a FL resident and that $74.00 is the best they have for me.

Well I'm paying $79/night for 3/5-3/12, and that's a code that was offered to the public in November. The same code had $59 rates for other dates, I believe in January.

I plan on booking my trip next month for end of Sept. through the 1st of Oct.
Which I am guessing is value season. Should I hold out for a cheaper rate for the all star movies, like they had last year in the fall?
Will they discount me if the rates drop after I already have my room booked?
:earseek: :earseek: :earseek: :earseek: :earseek: :earseek: :earseek:

i must be a little neive into this code thing, I am planning on booking at ASM for the end of aug. and have been quoted $79.00 PN, how can i get it cheaper?

Totally depends on your season. If you are going during regular or peak season you won't get a value for 49/night. If you are going during value season then there have been rates at value for 49/night with AP discount and I think 55/night for general public code.

I also tried for April and no luck. I was still getting charged $79 a nite for the all stars. I mean I wish someone explained it to me like a two year old. Isnt Value suppose to mean VALUE. Now I know I am trying during peak season but I also tried in the Value season and nothing. With what a Disney Value Hotel cost me I can get a suite at a hotel in the little lake bryan area. I mean its still the same room nothing has changed. If improvments had been made or the room was larger I would see why the price increase. Sorry if I am venting its just that its getting to the point that a trip to Disney is costing an arm and a leg.

FierceAXBox, the regular price for your trip for the values is $109 for a standard room ($121 for preferred), so $79 is a decent discount I think. That's almost a 28% discount, which is way more than you would get in peak season (which runs until 4/16) w/ a AAA discount.

Discounts for the upcoming Value seasons have not come out yet; that may be why you did not find anything.

Hope you get something you're happy with and have a great trip!

I'm booked at POP for 5/4-5/12 using a postcard rate of $49 rate. Not sure how I got on the list for this postcard...... perhaps past-AP holders? Who knows..... in any case I'm happy :earsgirl:

Ok What is a AP code? :earboy2:
Me a silly old bear here ya know!!!

We just found out we can go this week (feb 27- mar 5). We called and with AAA (were not AP yet) the best we could do was $99. Is there a code for the 79? If so please share it quickly.. Thanks :hourglass
