value hotels close to Universal

Can anyone recommend a decent clean hotel within walking distance of Universal. We will be there for 3 nights with a 9 year old so I think up to a 1 mile would be the extreme. Anything under $70 in this area?

We stayed at the Hampton Inns that was really close. Clean, good breakfast. I think we paid $45.00 per night, but that might have been the AAA discounted rate.
